This series is comprised of images of inanimate objects. The material includes images featuring a particular aesthetic value such as Christmas lights, flowers, and vegetables at an open market. Other images include objects at unspecified events such as fishing boats and traffic helicopters used by an Atlanta media outlet (WSB-TV) and the Atlanta Police Department.

Floyd E. Jillson (1926 - ) began work at the Atlanta Constitution in 1950. He worked in the News Department until 1955 when he accepted a position working under Chief Photographer Kenneth Rogers at the recently merged Atlanta Journal-Constitution Magazine. As Staff Photographer for the Sunday magazine, Jillson photographed people, places, and events that were featured in stories. Jillson retired from the magazine in 1992.
